Antique Chippendale Mahogany Wall Hanging Bookshelves from Dumfries House c.1775

This is a superb 18th century Georgian period mahogany piece of generous proportions. There are four drawers, each beautifully dovetailed and lined with oak and retaining the original brassware and locks. This piece was originally housed in Dumfries House and is of particular interest to His Royal Highness Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, who has contributed greatly to its preservation and Restoration.
