Pair of 19th Century Giltwood Mirrors Pierced Frame

This is an attractive pair of 19th century giltwood pier mirrors of open lattice design in excellent original condition dating from around 1890. The mirrors have carved wooden gilded frames with C scroll detailing which have a softly rubbed finish and both have good clean mirror glass. The pair are slightly different in size with one measuring 79cm by 59.5cm and the other being 74cm by 59cm. A great pair to hang facing each other in a hallway to create the illusion of space or these could easy sit in opposite alcoves where the slight size difference would be unnoticeable.
