Circa 1950s, a rare and unusual set of 5 oak stools, with the carved oak leaf signature of David ‘Oakleafman’ Langstaff (formerly a Mouseman craftsman), from Easingwold. With large upholstered seat pads over a seat rail with peg joints and chamfered legs. The sturdy stretchers to the base feature the distinctive carved oak leaf.
